Wood: Silver maple, plywood

Finish: Antique Walnut Stain, Oil & Urethane Topcoat

This mantle needed an additional 8 inches added to the depth in order to reach the wall, so I added a plywood structure to fill in the back corner. This wasn't ideal, but I only had one slab that I really wanted to put here! So I had to be creative.
