This is the ratcheting pulley crank that I built for my indoor treehouse. This design includes a locking feature so that once you hoist up all of your snacks and supplies into your fort, you can safely use both hands to unload the goods. I've also improved the design to make it more robust than the original that is shown in the YouTube video.
